PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Willingdon School of Ministry is a one-year, full time apprenticeship program to prepare participants for life-long ministry in the context of the local church. Similar to the residency program in a hospital setting, interns will work and serve in daily ministry alongside the pastoral staff of Willingdon Church, combining practical experiences with ongoing feedback, discussion and training. At the same time they will also have opportunities to solidify their biblical foundation and philosophy for ministry and grow personally and spiritually under the guidance of an Elder mentor.
