CONFIRMATION

You will receive a letter of confirmation via mail or email within two weeks of your registration.  This letter will serve as your receipt and proof of registration.  If you do not receive confirmation within two weeks of your registration, please contact us at reFocus@willingdon.org

CANCELLATION

Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing and sent by mail, fax or email.  Refund requests received by March 1, 2010 will be honored in full, minus a $20 cancellation fee.  Refund requests received between March 2 and March 31, 2010 will receive a 50% refund.  No refunds will be granted on or after April 1, 2010.

TRANSPORTATION

Airport and hotel shuttle service is available but must be booked within one week of registration.

CHILDCARE

No childcare will be provided at the conference.
